If your site isn't on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or GoHighLevel, here's the plain-English playbook for everything else.

Triage: which path fits you?

Pick the row that sounds like you:

  • Builder you can log into: Webflow, GoDaddy Website Builder, Weebly, HubSpot CMS, Duda, Strikingly. → Step 2.
  • Site your web agency built years ago: you don't have the login or your agency went dark. → Step 3.
  • Site built into your job-management tool: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber built-in sites. → Step 4.
  • You just don't want to deal with it: jump to step 5 - we install it for you.

Builder path: find the "custom head code" setting

Almost every website builder has a setting called something like Head code, Custom HTML, Tracking code, or Site-wide scripts. Common locations:

  • Webflow: Project Settings → Custom Code → Head Code.
  • GoDaddy Website Builder: Marketing → Marketing Tools → Custom Code (Premium plan only - on the entry tier this is blocked, use step 5 instead).
  • HubSpot CMS: Settings → Website → Pages → Templates → Edit head HTML.
  • Webely: Site Settings → SEO → Header Code.
  • Duda: Site Settings → Header HTML.

Paste the Maporio snippet, save, then verify (step 6).

Old agency site path

If you don't have the WordPress login and your agency isn't returning calls, you have two real options:

  • Look up your domain registrar (GoDaddy / Namecheap / etc.) and check if there's a built-in website builder linked to your hosting. About 30% of these old sites are sitting on a host like Bluehost or SiteGround where you can actually still reach the WP admin via yoursite.com/wp-login.php.

Job-management tool sites

ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber sites usually don't let you add custom scripts. The good news: those platforms already track phone calls + form fills at the platform level. Use the partner-webhook field in Maporio → Ads → Lead tracking to wire your job-management tool's webhook into Maporio. Every lead it captures lands in your Maporio inbox without a single script on your website.

Verify

Paste your site URL into the Maporio test page. Three green checks = live. Anything else and the page tells you what to fix.

You're done when:

  • Snippet pasted in your site's head, on every page (or partner webhook wired if your platform blocks scripts).
  • All three checks on /help/install-tracking/test pass.
