Squarespace Business plan and up: 5 minutes via Code Injection. Personal plan: there's a workaround, plus a 'we install it for you' fallback if you'd rather skip it.

Confirm your plan

Business or higher: Code Injection is on. Skip to step 2.

Personal plan: Squarespace blocks custom code on Personal. Three real options:

  • Upgrade to Business ($23/mo, can downgrade later) - cheapest path, full feature unlock.
  • Add the free Google Tag Manager Squarespace plugin (works on Personal in some regions) and paste your snippet inside GTM instead.
  • Buy our $997 White-Glove Tracking Install and we'll handle the upgrade + install for you.

Open Code Injection

  1. From your Squarespace dashboard: Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.

Get + paste your snippet

  1. Open Maporio → Dashboard → Ads → Lead tracking → click Copy snippet.
  2. Back in Squarespace, paste the snippet into the Header box.
  3. Click Save at the top of the Code Injection page.

Verify

Open our test page, paste your homepage URL, hit Test. All three checks green = you're live.

You're done when:

  • Snippet pasted in Header under Code Injection.
  • Squarespace saved successfully.
  • All three checks on /help/install-tracking/test pass.
