What we collect
Maporio collects only what we need to manage your Google Business Profile: your account email, the GBP locations you connect, and the reviews and metrics Google returns for those locations. We do not sell or share any of it. We process this data to provide the service you signed up for.
Payments are handled by Paddle, who sells the subscription to you as merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details directly and shares only what we need to run your account. We never see or store your card details.
Google data use
When you connect your Google account, we request thebusiness.managescope. We use it solely to read and update the Google Business Profile locations you have explicitly authorized. Maporio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we store data
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest via Supabase Vault (pgsodium). All data is hosted in EU regions (Postgres in Ireland, app on Vercel global edge). Row-level security ensures only you can read your workspace's data.
Maporio is operated from Serbia.
Your rights
You can disconnect your Google account, export your data, or delete your entire workspace at any time from Settings. Account deletion removes all data within 30 days.
GDPR and CCPA
If you are in the EU or UK, you have full data subject rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, and the right to object. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we hold and to ask us to delete it. We never sell your personal information. You can use most of these rights yourself from Settings, or email hello@maporio.com and we will handle it. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. We disclose any security incident to affected customers within 72 hours.
