What Maporio does

Maporio manages your Google Business Profile (GBP) on your behalf: monitors reviews, drafts AI replies, schedules posts, audits the listing, and surfaces performance insights. You retain full ownership of your GBP and Google account at all times.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, comply with Google's GBP guidelines, and not use Maporio to post content that violates Google's policies, applicable law, or basic decency. No review-gating, no fake reviews, no NAP spam.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle. Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record, which means Paddle sells the subscription to you, and your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle collects payment and handles billing questions, refunds, and disputes. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel anytime. Billing stops and you keep access until the end of your current paid month. Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or the law say otherwise. The full detail is on our refund policy page.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the date of purchase. You keep that right unless you expressly ask us to start the service inside those 14 days and confirm that you understand you are giving the right up. Withdrawal requests go through Paddle, who sold you the subscription.

This right does not apply to business purchases, and most Maporio customers buy as a business.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disclaimer

Maporio provides tools and automation but cannot guarantee Google ranking outcomes. Google's algorithms and policies change without notice, and your results depend on factors outside our control (competition, location, niche, account history).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of your home country gives you.
