Refund Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Billing stops at the end of your current paid month, and you keep full access until then. We do not charge you again after you cancel.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or the law say otherwise. We do not refund partial months, unused time, or unused features. Google ad spend is never part of a Maporio fee and is never refunded by us.

Paddle sells the subscription to you as merchant of record, so refunds are handled under Paddle's buyer terms. To ask for a refund, email us at hello@maporio.com and we will sort it out with Paddle.

EU and UK withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the date of purchase. You keep that right unless you expressly ask us to start the service inside those 14 days and confirm you understand you are giving the right up. This right does not apply to business purchases. Billing errors

If you think you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date at hello@maporio.com. If we confirm the error, we fix it on your next invoice or refund it.
